Cookie Policy

Last updated September 17, 2026

This policy explains the cookies Squadly actually uses — nothing more. We don't run advertising trackers.

Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for the Service to work. These can't be disabled, because sign-in wouldn't function without them.

  • sq_refresh — an httpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in. Never readable by JavaScript.
  • Your theme (light/dark) and cookie-consent choice, stored in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie, but serving the same "remember your preference" purpose.

Analytics (only if you accept them)

If you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used — which pages get visited, roughly how long, and from what kind of device. If you click "Necessary only," the Google Analytics script never loads for that session; it isn't merely hidden or ignored.

  • _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, used to distinguish visitors and sessions.

What we don't use

No advertising or retargeting pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no sale of any data collected via cookies.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also control or delete cookies directly through your browser settings:

Changing your mind

You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which brings the cookie banner back on your next visit.
